Trouble Opening PDF Files?
You must have the Adobe Reader installed to open PDF files.

If you have the reader, but get an error message or have some other trouble opening PDFs, try doing the following:

Quick Fix

• Try saving the PDF to your hard drive and then opening it.

Long-Term Solution

1. Open Adobe Reader (version 6 or above) or Adobe Acrobat Professional.
2. Click Edit.
3. Click Preferences.
4. Select "Internet" in the table on the left.
5. Uncheck "Allow Fast Web View."
6. Click OK to save the changes.
