For LIRS Assistant Director for Foster Care and Permanency Chak Ng, welcome begins at the office, where he works for the well-being of immigrant and refugee children. And it continues each day as he heads home to greet his 14 housemates at the Reservoir Hill House of Peace, an intentional community in Baltimore. Read more.
