In response to Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano's annoucement on Friday, January 15, granting temporary protected status (TPS) to Haitians already residing in the United States, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service developed a webinar, "Applying for Temporary Protected Status for Haitians in the United States," which was presented live on January 22. You can download notes or listen to an audio file of the presentation.
UPDATE: The presentation notes were revised January 26 to include information on TPS filing fees.
