Call to Welcome: Co-Sponsorship

Join LIRS and our amazing guest speakers to learn more about how you and your community can support our refugee neighbors through what we call, “The Long Welcome”. During this information session, you will hear from our Refugee Service Staff about the refugee resettlement process and how co-sponsors support our local resettlement partners. You will also get the chance to hear first-hand stories from communities that served as co-sponsors! At the end, we will have some time to share about ways you and your community can join us in co-sponsorship and “The Long Welcome”.
