DMV Hiring Fair for Newly Arrived Afghans

CALL FOR EMPLOYERS IN THE DMV: Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area, and the Tent Partnership for Refugees invite you to participate in a DMV Hiring Fair for newly arrived Afghans.
When: Friday, April 1, 2022, from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM ET
Where: The Richard J. Ernst Community Cultural Center on the Northern Virginia Community College – Annandale Campus
What: A career and resource fair for hundreds of newly arrived Afghans in the Northern Virginia area
We hope this event will provide the opportunity for your company/organization to meet these incredible individuals and provide them with their first opportunity to start their professional journey in the U.S.

Note: We are asking for a small tabling fee of $100 per organization, which will directly support our clients’ employment search and will help cover event fees and client transportation.
