Those eligible for deferred action through the Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA) and Deferred Action for Parental Accountability  (DAPA) programs wait in limbo. Additionally, mothers and children in family immigration detention centers face uncertainties while their futures are decided in court systems that they often do not understand and, yet, must face alone.
